At The Colombo Collection, each timepiece is carefully inspected and delivered to you in pristine, unworn condition. Due to the nature of watches as precision accessories, we do not accept returns once a purchase has been completed.

The moment a watch is worn—even briefly—it can develop micro-scratches, slight wear on straps, or subtle signs of handling. This means it can no longer be considered brand new or resold at the standard we promise our customers. Maintaining this level of quality and authenticity is a responsibility we take seriously, which is why we enforce a strict no-returns policy.

We strongly encourage you to review product details, specifications, and images carefully before making your purchase. If you require any assistance, clarification, or additional information, our team is always available to help you make a confident decision.

Exceptions:

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
